Hello, I'm Cole!
I'm a lifelong resident of Bowling Green, Ohio, and a full-time real estate professional. My journey in real estate began shortly after graduating from high school when I purchased my first investment property. It was an exciting time, and I knew that I had found my calling in life.
After my freshman year in college, I wasted no time and earned my real estate sales license. I then went on to graduate from Bowling Green State University, where I obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration, specializing in finance with a minor in entrepreneurship. Armed with knowledge and a passion for real estate, I took a leap of faith and dove headfirst into the industry and have been working as a full-time agent ever since.
Throughout my time as a real estate agent, I've had the privilege of working with a very diverse range of clients. From repeat buyers and homeowners looking to sell, to first-time buyers, investors, and even commercial clients seeking the perfect space for their growing business. I've experienced quite the range of clients with their specific needs and situations being as unique as they are. While my office is based out of Bowling Green and I primarily serve Wood and Lucas counties, I've had the pleasure of assisting clients across northwest Ohio.
Drawing on my belief in real estate as an investment and my background in finance, I help clients make sound financial decisions during what is likely one of the biggest transactions of their lives. When I'm not immersed in the world of real estate, you'll find me enjoying the day fishing or spending time with my family along the shores of Lake Erie. I also take advantage of northwest Ohio's fantastic bike trails whenever I get the chance.
